For the Brits, seeded No 2 in Sofia, to qualify for London, they must win the title, and the first seeded Melzer/Roger Vasselin must lose in the semi-finals.
Even though, Murray and Skupski did their job today and survived today in a real battle with Fabrice Martin and Hugo Nys 7:6 (4), 6:7 (2), 10-4. The British pair saved all three break points they faced .
Now they just will cross fingers and hope Tomislav Brkic and Marin Cilic to beat Jurgen Melzer and Edouard Roger-Vasselin in the other semi-final.
