Spaniard Pedro Martinez, Belorussian Egor Gerasimov and Ukrainian Illya Marchenko completed the Main Draw at 2021 Sofia Open and gathered Andreas Seppi after the last matches in the second qualification round.
Martinez needed one hour and 49 minutes to stop Kamil Majchrzak in straight sets – 6:4, 7:6 (4). The Spaniard won 75% of his first-serve points. Next, he will face Laslo Djere in the first round.
Gerasimov won the chance to play last year finalist Vasek Pospisil in the first round after winning Altug Celikbilek 7:6 (3), 6:3.
There will be a qualifier in the second round as Seppi and Marchenko will play in the first round of the main draw. The Ukrainian needed more than two and a half hours but won Tomas Machac 3:6, 6:3, 7:6 (2).
