That was the emotion that a few tennis fans in Bulgaria got after winning some social media games before the biggest tennis tournament in Bulgaria. The chosen ones received Sofia Open 2019 tickets in person by legendary coach Toni Nadal.
The Spaniard came in Sofia for sightseeing “Arena Armeec” before the start of the ATP 250 Tournament Sofia Open, which is set to be held from 3rd to 10th February.
The fans met the ex-Rafa Nadal coach and his uncle at the Main Entrance of the Arena and had a small talk with him. Toni Nadal praised them with a big smile and gave them an advice – not to miss the great fights during the Sofia tournament, and the opportunity to watch so many elite players.
Toni Nadal came in Bulgaria and will be honorary ambassador of the Sofia Open 2019. He met some of the biggest Bulgarian tennis prodigies and answered to all of their questions about his nephew Rafael’s success.
It was first Nadal’s visit in Bulgaria and he had the chance to walk around Sofia and was impressed by the city center and “Aleksandar Nevski Cathedral”.
