The Sofia Open 2023 main draw is now clear.
British Billy Harris claimed the final spot, winning his second in a row. The 28-year-old won today against Nicolas Moreno De Alboran (USA) 6:2, 6:1 in an hour.
Also qualifying for the main draw were France’s Terence Atmane (#1 seed), Ukraine’s Vitaliy Sachko (#3) and last year’s champion Marc-Andrea Hüssler (Switzerland, #4).
The draw pitted two qualifiers – Harris and defending champion Huesler, against each other in the first round of the main draw, with Sachko playing Sebastian Offner (Austria, #7) and Atmane facing Marton Fucsovics (Hungary, #8).
The main draw matches of the Sofia Open 2023 begin on Tuesday, November 7, in the “Arena Sofia”.
The tournament is held with the support of Inbet, Nova Broadcasting Group, А1, Diema Extra, Electrohold, Sofiamed, First Investment Bank, Europa Bullion, the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the Ministry of Tourism.
